Marley has been working with expectant women for five years and, to date, has assisted over 27 women with their training schedule during their pre and post pregnancy. He has invested a lot of his time in studying and training in this field over the years.
Marley’s programs for pregnant women centre around increasing energy levels, maintaining fitness and, ultimately, promoting the best outcome in regards to birth and recovery.
Marley has an understanding of oestrogen, nutrition and fitness for pregnancy, and is able to adapt sessions to accommodate the very specific changes that occur to the body of a woman both before and after childbirth.
